Meteora DBC creates the mint, metadata and bonding-curve pool.
OVERDRIVE registers the launch: reactor, Energy Vault, Auto-LP vault and burn account, and takes the launch fee.
Your dev buy is wrapped, routed through the reactor and unwrapped.

Signed by your wallet and the freshly generated mint key. If any step fails, nothing is created.
